パークにある建築物、装飾物、外構施設等の保全作業に関わる管理業務を担って頂くお仕事です。
＜メンテナンス対象＞パーク内建物外装全般（特殊外装含む）、内装、外構、ウッドデッキ、アトラクション内施設、アトラクションショーセット
・パーク内施設の点検業務（各施設の劣化状況把握）、メンテナンス計画、点検進捗管理
・外注修繕工事管理（仕様調整、社内調整、見積依頼、業者選定、工事発注、工事管理）
・その他に他部署からの修繕依頼の対応、パークのクォリティ向上の為の改善
・施設全体の装飾物に関する年間の保全作業計画の立案
・メンテナンス業務効率化につながる各種改善活動の参加

Required Skills
＜必須＞
・ 建築の施工管理業務経験5年以上、または塗装/造形全般の施工管理業務5年以上
・PCスキル（Excel、Word/資料作成のため）

建築施工管理技士/土木施工管理技士/建築士/現場監督/安全管理者/塗装/造形/保守メンテナンス

・テーマパークなどでの施工管理業務経験のある方
・マンション等の大規模修繕経験のある方
