■職務内容：
・M A案件（主に買収案件）におけるエグゼキューション、プロジェクト管理を中心に、オリジネーションやPMI業務にも携わって頂きます。
■具体的には：
ご経験・スキルに応じて、以下の業務を組み合わせ、個別にミッションを設定させて頂きます。
・M A案件のエグゼキューション業務の推進と監督
・プロジェクトの計画立案と管理
・デューデリジェンスの実施および評価レポートの作成
・買収対象企業の評価、及び価格交渉
・法務部門、財務・会計部門、弁護士などの社内外の関係者との調整と交渉
・PMI計画の策定と実行支援
・上司、経営陣への報告およびプレゼンテーション
・上記にまつわる上司、先輩社員のサポート業務

Required Skills
■必須条件：
下記いずれも満たす方
・ファイナンス、会計領域での実務経験を5年以上
（例: 財務会計、管理会計、会計監査、財務、ホールセール、IPO関連業務、FAS、投資銀行業務等）
・日商簿記2級程度の会計専門知識
・英語でのコミュニケーションに前向きに取り組めること
・社内外との協議・連携に必要となるコミュニケーション能力
■歓迎要件：
下記いずれかを満たす方
・M A実務経験 （事業会社、コンサル、金融機関、M A仲介会社等いずれも歓迎）
・独力で業務遂行可能なレベルの英語力
