・海外関係会社の現地人事制度の企画/運用支援
・海外出向に伴う人事手続き全般の管理/運用（含む出向契約書作成/管理）
・海外出向者の給与の管理/運用
・外部税理士法人と連携した海外出向者に係る国内外の税務対応業務
・海外関係会社との各種調整（含む海外関係会社からの出向受入）
・海外出向者取り扱い事項の整備/運用
