・コンプライアンス・プログラムの策定・実行・支援およびコンプライアンス体制の整備
・グローバル・コンプライアンス・プログラム（汚職防止、データ・プライバシー、競争法など）の日本における実施・支援
・コンプライアンスや倫理的問題に関する事案について、他部門（調査部門や労務部門）と連携しての対応
・コンプライアンスや倫理的問題、許認可等の規制に関する他部門へのアドバイス
・日本の管理部門（購買、財務、広報、総務など）への法的アドバイス
・企業の適法な運営（許認可の取得・維持、取締役会・株主総会等の運営、登記）
・日本拠点が日本において買収した会社の統合（吸収合併などの組織再編）

Required Skills

・法律関連の知識をお持ちの方（例：ロースクール卒業、企業法務経験有）
・英語：基本的なビジネス英語力（TOEIC 600点以上）
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・海外の関係者とやり取りする業務の経験・ビジネスを理解した上で、リスクを特定し、適切な判断ができる能力・多数の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションができる能力
・職歴：企業の法務部門や法律事務所等での契約審査業務2年以上の勤務経験・法務・コンプライアンス業務に対する高い意欲
