海外子会社（主にヨーロッパ）の立ち上げや売り上げなどの係数管理をお任せいたします。
■各種決裁（支払い/精算/経費使用/契約締結等）の内容確認や起案
■拠点の設立・管理に関わる書類管理（当局へ提出する資料の準備と管理）
■国内外グループ会社との連携（契約/請求/精算/報告等）
■拠点および協力会社への資料やアドバイスの依頼。
・海外オフィス立ち上げやオフィス運営の業務フロー策定
・海外企業との契約締結業務
・現地法律事務所との調整
・現地法制度の調査
※立上げから間もなくルーチン化してない業務もありますが、随時ご相談頂きながら進められます。
