■業務内容
・月次・四半期・年次決算の統括（日本法人・米国本社・投資家への財務報告資料）
・損益計算書（P/L）、貸借対照表（B/S）、Cashflow計算書（CF）の作成と分析
・日本法人・SPC・海外本社間の資金計画・送金管理
・SPCスキームを含む投資・資金調達計画の立案
・内部統制・リスク管理体制の整備
・外部会計事務所や顧問との調整

・公認会計士・税理士資格
・USCPA
