・国内外での新規プロジェクトのフィージビリティスタディや立上げ、他社との共同開発を取りまとめられるマネジメント力
・他社技術のデューデリジェンスができる目利き力

・高圧ガス製造責任者、エネルギー管理士の資格をお持ちの方
・プラント設計、プロセス計算のスキルをお持ちの方
