【具体的な業務内容】
・システム刷新戦略の策定: AI解析ツールとベテランエンジニアの知見を融合し、従来の1/10のコストで基幹システムのモダナイゼーション計画を立案。
・技術とビジネスの橋渡し: 経営課題をIT要件へ落とし込み、経営層への合意形成から最上流工程の要件定義、PMO業務までを遂行。
・組織・事業創出: 解析手法の標準化、新規事業（DXソリューション）の型作り、ナレッジシェア。

Required Skills
■必須要件（Must）
ITコンサルティング経験、またはITアーキテクチャの設計経験。
抽象的な経営課題を、具体的なIT要件やドキュメントに落とし込める高い言語化能力。
変化の速いスタートアップ環境を楽しみ、自律的に動けるマインドセット。
■歓迎要件（Want）
エンタープライズアーキテクチャ（EA）策定の経験。
クラウド移行（AWS/Azure等）やシステムリプレイス戦略の立案経験。
LLMや最新の生成AIツールを活用した業務効率化の実践経験。
PMOとしてのプロジェクト管理経験。
