各業界の大手クライアントを中心に、戦略およびIT領域におけるプロジェクトの推進を担当いただきます。同社は自ら事業を創出・運営するハイブリッドファームであり、単なるプロジェクト推進にとどまらず、将来的には同グループの経営や新規事業の推進を担う機会もあります。
【具体的なプロジェクト例】
・BPO領域における中期経営計画策定および新規事業企画
・グローバルIT戦略立案および中長期ロードマップ策定
・生成AIを活用した新規事業構想策定
・B2C事業最適化に向けたマーケティング戦略策定
・全社的なDX支援およびジョイントベンチャー立ち上げ支援
・大手インフラ会社におけるシステム企画構想から導入支援
・製造会社における次世代サプライチェーン構想支援
