各業界の大手クライアントを中心に、戦略およびIT領域におけるプロジェクトの推進を担当いただきます。同社は自らも事業を創出・運営する「ハイブリッドファーム」であり、単なるプロジェクト推進にとどまらず、将来的にはグループ会社の経営や新規事業の推進を担う機会があります。
【プロジェクト例】
・BPO領域における中期経営計画策定・新規事業企画
・グローバルIT戦略立案、IT中長期ロードマップ策定
・生成AIを活用した新規事業構想策定
・B2C事業最適化に向けたマーケティング戦略策定
・全社DX支援、ジョイントベンチャー立ち上げ支援
・大手インフラ会社におけるシステム企画構想から導入支援
・データ分析を活用したロイヤリティ改善策立案、実行支援
