What You Will Do
- Identify Key Challenges:
- Analyse technical issues across both internal operations and client environments, with a focus on industry-specific needs.
- Collaborate & Innovate:
- Partner with AI specialists and cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions using AI, machine learning, and optimisation techniques.
- Promote AI Understanding:
- Support the growth of AI knowledge and adoption across the organisation.
- Own the Full Lifecycle:
- Contribute to every stage of AI solution development—from ideation through to deployment and improvement.

Required Skills
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Master’s in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a similar field
- At least 2 years of experience building Machine Learning/Computer Vision Models
Language Skills:
- English: Full professional proficiency
- Japanese: Not required, but good to have
Bonus:
- A background in AI consulting
- A PhD in machine learning, computer vision, or equivalent
