FIRST STAGE PRODUCTIONの海外VTuberタレントマネージャー職の募集です。
所属タレントと真剣に向き合い、育て、売り出していく為の 重要なポジションをお任せ致します。
◆業務内容 （一例）
・海外VTuberタレントのスケジュール管理やメンタルケア
・関連するイラスト等制作物の進行管理、クオリティチェック
・担当タレントの商品・イベントの企画立案・実行
・タレント含む社外関係者との調整業務

└タレントマネジメント経験をお持ちの方 （VTuber業界以外でも可）
└女性向けコンテンツへの強い興味、関心をお持ちの方
【歓迎】
・VTuberそのもの及びVTuber事業に関する興味、ご知見お持ちの方
・アニメ/漫画/ゲームなど、2次元コンテンツ関係の就業経験
・Live2Dや3Dの制作進行管理経験
・音楽制作経験
・アニメや３DCG等の映像制作経験
・グッズ等コマース関係の販売企画制作経験
・イベント企画制作経験
・英語以外の言語スキル
