■業務内容
・当社のアカウントチームと連携し、量産メトロロジーおよび関連技術の適用領域を顧客と共に特定
・既存ユーザーに対し、測定結果の特性評価を支援し、適用範囲の拡張を通じて顧客生産性向上に貢献
・社内関係者と協業し、既存プロセスアプリケーションにおける顧客デモの計画、データ取得、解析、レポート作成を実施
・顧客および当社の技術者と密に連携し、技術ロードマップ、プロセスフロー、技術転換点、ビジネス課題を理解
・半導体ロードマップに沿った次世代製品の開発およびリリース活動に貢献
・顧客サイトにおいて新技術導入を主導し、明確な指針とサポートを提供
・アカウントチームと連携し、顧客活動の実行を支援

Required Skills
必須要件
・材料科学、化学工学、化学、物理、または関連分野の修士号および5年以上の実務経験、または博士号および3年以上の実務経験、もしくは同等の経験
・顧客対応の実務経験
・統計解析および問題解決手法に関する知識
・統計的工程管理（SPC）および／または実験計画法（DOE）に関する深い理解
・MATLAB、Pythonなどの科学技術計算言語の使用経験、およびJMP、Minitab等の統計ツールの利用経験
・クリーンルーム環境での勤務が可能であること
・出張対応（最大25％）が可能であること
歓迎要件
・半導体プロセス技術のバックグラウンド
エッチング（RIE、ALE、Deep Si Etching 等）
薄膜成膜（ALD、CVD、PVD 等）
・プロセス解析またはプロセス制御におけるメトロロジー技術の実務経験
・メモリ、ロジック、先端パッケージング分野におけるデバイス製造フローの理解
・多様なチーム、顧客、パートナーと協働するマトリクス組織での業務経験
