Job Description
■ 品質保証・品質管理の統括
- 車載向けアルミ電解コンデンサの品質保証体制の構築および改善
- 各種分析手法を用いた不具合解析および是正処置の推進
- SEM、CT スキャンなどの分析装置を用いた原因究明（技術的知見が望ましい）
■ 顧客対応
- 品質責任者としてのクレーム対応および技術説明
- 品質会議・監査対応
- 既存パートナー企業との折衝・関係維持
■ 内部改善および品質KPI 管理
- 不具合要因の特定と再発防止策の実行
- 年間30％成⾧に対応するための品質体制強化
- 原材料費や為替影響を踏まえた品質コストマネジメント
■ チームマネジメント
- 50～60 名規模の品質部門の統括および組織力向上の推進
