IR担当として、機関投資家、個人投資家の投資判断に必要な情報開示を行い、市場から適切な評価を獲得することで、企業価値の向上を目指していただきます。
＜主な業務内容＞
・当社のエクイティストーリーに沿ったIR戦略の立案、実行
・決算説明資料、統合報告書、その他適時開示資料、PR資料などの作成
・決算説明会、その他投資家説明会などの企画、運営
・アナリスト、機関投資家取材対応（海外出張を含む）
・アナリスト、機関投資家の関心事などの経営陣へのレポーティング
・自社IR Webサイトのメンテナンス など
【年俸】
600万円～1,200万円

※金融業界やIRのご経験は問いません。事業会社やコンサルティングファームなど、業界・職種を問わず上記のご経験をお持ちの方を対象としています。
【歓迎職務経験】
・上場企業でのIR業務経験
・証券会社やコンサルティングファーム等での業務経験
