About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Teamcenter Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience to spearhead the architecture and delivery of large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations.
As a key leader in our global programs, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and high-performance technical solutions. You will serve as the Design Authority, ensuring that our Teamcenter ecosystem is scalable, efficient, and perfectly aligned with industry "fit-to-standard" practices.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Own the end-to-end Teamcenter solution architecture, including application, data, and integration layers for specific solution areas.
Process Design & Governance: Design and govern core PLM processes, including EBOM, MBOM, BOP, and Change Management, ensuring seamless data flow across the product lifecycle.
Technical Oversight: Lead and review Teamcenter configurations and customizations, specifically focusing on BMIDE, ITK, and Active Workspace (AWC).
Systems Integration: Define and oversee critical integrations with CAD, ERP, and manage complex Data Migration strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for project managers, PMO, and executive-level client stakeholders.
Implementation Lifecycle: Drive the "Design, Build, Test, and Deploy" phases, ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the program.

Required Skills & Experience
Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM implementations within large-scale, global environments.
Technical Depth: Extensive knowledge of the Teamcenter data model, advanced workflows, and configuration.
Tools: Proven experience with BMIDE, ITK, AWC, and T4S/T4O.
Program Experience: History of working in multi-site, global PLM programs with a deep understanding of cross-functional team collaboration.
Communication: Professional-level English communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: Siemens Teamcenter Certification is highly desirable.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Aerospace, Automotive, or General Manufacturing sectors.
Language: While English is the primary language, Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) is a significant advantage for local collaboration.
