【業務内容】
今回募集する「QA Lead」は、新規プロダクト開発を担うインキュベーションチームにおいて、品質保証の全責任を担っていただきます。単なるテスト実施ではなく、「なぜこの品質が必要か」という戦略フェーズから深く関与し、開発プロセス全体の最適化を主導してください。
品質戦略の策定： プロダクトビジョンに基づいたQA戦略の立案・実行
体制構築： QAシステムの設計、フレームワークの導入、メンバーの採用・育成
テスト推進： テスト計画・設計・実施のリード、自動テスト・マニュアルテストの最適な組み合わせの提案
プロセス改善： 仕様書段階からのレビュー、品質視点でのプロダクト改善提案
グローバル連携： 海外拠点や多国籍エンジニアと連携した品質管理の標準化

Required Skills

ソフトウェアQAにおける5年以上の実務経験と、高い専門知識
QAチームのマネジメントまたはリード経験
ISTQB、ISO 29119等のQA標準に基づいたテストプロセスの設計・運用経験
ビジネスレベルの日本語力（JLPT N2相当、または日本企業での就業経験3年以上）
【歓迎（Want）】
WebアプリケーションまたはSaaSプロダクトのQA経験
アジャイル（Scrum）環境でのQA実務経験
大規模システムのQA、または複数のステークホルダーが関わるプロジェクトのリード経験
ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての開発実務経験
