Job Description
これからまさに事業拡大を行っていくフェーズで、多くの需要に応えるため、今後目指す規模感を実現するには、海外投資家とのコミュニケーション・グローバルオファリング、及び日本の金融機関様からのDebtでの大型調達が必要不可欠です。CFOの方にはその資金調達をメインにご活躍いただくことを期待しています。
【具体的な業務内容】
・国内外のVC、事業会社、金融機関とのコミュニケーションと資金調達活動（エクイティ/融資）
・事業計画の作成とそれに基づいた戦略の立案・遂行
・ステークホルダー（投資家、銀行、監査法人、証券会社等）とのコミュニケーション
・コーポレート部門の統括
・M&A案件時のリード
