Job Description
【業務内容】
1｜業務構造の設計と標準化推進
顧客対応・債権回収・車両整備・アラート対応など、各業務領域の実務ヒアリングと課題設定
SQLなどを用いたデータ分析および課題設定
As-Is / To-Be の業務フロー設計とKPI・ギャップ整理
2｜システム連携と業務自動化（エンジニア連携含む）
プロダクトマネージャーとして、エンジニアと連携した業務起点でのプロダクト要件定義・仕様整理
CRM・iPaaS・スクリプト・データベース言語などを活用したワークフローの自動化とツール間連携の構築
タスク分解（Who／When／How／Trigger）および業務オペレーションの整備
3｜チーム横断マネジメントとオペレーション整備
オペレーションに関与する複数部門の実行体制設計と連携強化
債権管理チーム：支払い促進・回収対応をリモート・現地双方から担う
車両管理チーム：車両と取り付け機器の物理的メンテナンスを担当
CS：車両利用状況の監視と問い合わせ対応
各チームリーダーとのKPIレビュー、改善プランの合意・推進

Required Skills
【必須要件】
- PdM / BizOps / PMMなど、プロダクト・事業横断ポジションでの経験
- 業務プロセスの構造設計（As-Is / To-Be / ギャップ分析）経験
- 業務タスクの分解・SOP設計の実務経験
- 英語での業務に対する意欲・前向きな姿勢があること（現時点での高い語学力は不問）
【歓迎要件】
- スタートアップ、10→100フェーズでの成長環境でのマネジメント経験
- Salesforce / HubSpot / Zapier / n8n などを用いた業務自動化の設計・実装経験
- SQL / Python などを用いたデータ分析およびKPIのモニタリング
- 複数の部門・メンバーを巻き込み、改善サイクルを推進した経験
