データセンターオペレーションエンジニア（夜勤あり）
■ 概要
稼働中のデータセンターにおいて、夜勤を含むオペレーション業務を担当いただきます。
本ポジションでは、現場での日本語コミュニケーション能力と、実務に対応できる柔軟性・実行力が求められます。
未経験の方でも、ITやインフラ分野への興味があり、現場での業務に前向きに取り組める方は歓迎します。
■ 業務内容
- データセンター内でのオペレーション業務（入館対応、エスコート、簡単な物理作業など）
- インシデント対応および一次対応（手順に基づく対応・エスカレーション）
- 現場関係者および社内チームとの日本語でのコミュニケーション
- 業務フローに基づいた安定運用の実施
- マニュアル整備や業務改善のサポート

夜勤シフト（12時間勤務）
例
20:00 ～ 翌08:00（休憩あり）

※月14～16日程度の勤務

2日勤務 → 2日休み などのローテーション

- サービスデスク経験
