Job Description
雇用形態： フルタイム（週末・祝日休み）
勤務時間： 月曜～金曜 8:00〜16:30
（実働7.5時間・休憩1時間）
残業： 作業の進捗状況により発生する場合あり
給与： 時給 GBP 12.72 以上（経験・スキルにより優遇）
- UK運転免許保有者、Vanの運転経験がある方
- カスタマーサービス経験、力作業経験をお持ちの方
- チームワークを重視し、現場スタッフへの指示・リードができる方
- UKで就労可能なビザをお持ちの方（例：Tier 5 / Tier 2）
海外引越しに関わる現場作業のスーパーバイズ業務をお任せします。
主な業務：
- お客様宅での海外引越荷物の仕分け・梱包作業
- 搬出作業の管理および現場スタッフ（作業員・クルー）への指示出し
- お客様への必要書類確認、海外引越しに関する案内・説明
- 現場全体の進捗管理、品質管理、顧客対応
体力を使う作業とチームワークが求められるポジションです。
教育・研修制度採用後は、まずオフィスにて海外引越しの基礎知識やサービス内容について座学研修を行います。
その後、先輩社員・マネージャーによるOJTを通じて、
- 現場でのスーパーバイズ方法
- 梱包技術
- カスタマーサービス対応
などの実務スキルを丁寧に指導します。
