同社の京都研究所にて、重要な2つの研究開発職のうちいずれかをご担当いただきます。
（１）化学系研究開発
・新たな原理を活用した臨床検査手法の研究・開発
・新規体外診断用医薬品の研究・開発
（２）抗体技術開発職
・抗原抗体反応を活用した臨床検査技術および体外診断用医薬品の研究・開発
上記どちらも原材料選定、処方・製法・構造の開発、試作検討、試験／評価、薬事申請、生産移管までの商品開発全般 をお任せします。
開発コンセプトは大きく（１）高性能化（２）より簡易に計測できる手法開発の2つの軸があり、
適性に応じて担当頂きます。
開発スパンは短いもので2年、平均4年前後のものが多く、プロダクトベースで担当する組織です。

■有機化学や分析化学の基礎知識

■抗体作製の知識・経験をお持ちの方
■業務上、英語での読み書きが可能な方

（１）化学技術
■有機、高分子化学あるいは、物理化学の専門知識／製剤あるいは化学分析の経験者歓迎
（２）抗体技術
■抗体・酵素・有機無機化合物・生体成分（血液・尿 他）などの取扱が可能な方歓迎

■原材料メーカー、医療施設、共同開発企業／大学など 対外折衝や意見交換ができるコミュニケーション能力のある方希望
