Job Description
SAP S/4HANA experts
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA (Private and Public Cloud)
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
- Valid and latest SAP certification
- Hybrid work model, with 2–3 days per week onsite in Tokyo
Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), account‑based CO‑PA, and Event‑Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR)
- Extensive experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) covering end‑to‑end delivery, support, and integrations
- Proficient in Fiori‑first finance operations, leveraging role‑based apps for finance operations, closing, and analytics
- Solid understanding of RISE/GROW Cloud ERP, Clean‑Core principles, and SAP BTP extensibility (side‑by‑side & ABAP Cloud)
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Activate & Fit‑to‑Standard, including Explore workshops, Cloud ALM, and scope control
- Strong exposure to Central Finance / Group Reporting, embedded analytics & SAC, and financial data, integration, and compliance
