Job Description
・Analyze and define requirements for software specifications based on OEM and system hardware specifications.
・Adjust specifications and propose solutions through coordination with clients.
・Present and explain specifications to downstream processes and resolve any technical issues that arise.
・In the future, aim to establish a requirements organization team and expand business while developing human resources.

Required Skills
- Knowledge and development experience of general in-vehicle embedded development.
- More than 5 years of experience in embedded development using C/C++ language.
- More than 5 years of development experience in BSW software design for in-vehicle ECUs, including system requirement analysis and software requirement analysis.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic engineering.
- Development experience using AUTOSAR.
- Able to directly communicate with OEMs about specifications and requirement definitions
