In this position, you will be involved in projects from the upstream stage, starting with achieving the client's business goals, to promote DX for client companies, primarily in the manufacturing and construction industries, and will lead the process from problem identification to proposing and implementing solutions.
In developing new solutions utilizing ERP implementation and low-code development, you will consistently shoulder the responsibilities of a PM, including overall project planning, execution, progress management, quality control, and risk management. You will also be expected to promote quality improvement and efficiency in open system development, and provide value that exceeds expectations through close communication with customers. In addition, we
welcome your proactive approach to new technologies (e.g., low-code development, data utilization, AI integration, etc.). We expect you to contribute your gained knowledge to projects and the entire organization, thereby strengthening our project management (PM) system and contributing to business growth.
* Common tasks include:
・Support for acquiring new accounts and expanding existing accounts
・Support for training subordinates and standardizing project management methods
・Leading upstream phases such as organizing business requirements, defining requirements, negotiating with customers, and team communication
・Managing offshore development in Vietnam
・Emergency support for other projects (as a PM/PMO/PL)
