Job Description
⚫ Design and deliver automotive voice interaction solutions, with a focus on Japanese ASR use cases.
⚫ Analyze product and customer requirements and translate them into technical and system level specifications.
⚫ Support ASR data preparation, evaluation, tuning, and validation.
⚫ Define and execute ASR and voice feature testing, including competitive benchmarking.
⚫ Perform ASR error analysis and work with R&D teams on optimization and issue resolution.
⚫ Support end-to-end system testing, customer validation, and project delivery.
⚫ Act as a technical interface to customers for requirement clarification and issue analysis.
⚫ Collaborate with product, R&D, QA, and program teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
⚫ Communicate effectively with cross-regional teams (Japan, China, and global
