業務内容
- 株主総会の企画・運営（招集通知作成、証券代行会社との連携）
- 株主対応、取締役会対応、会社法に基づく手続きの実行
- 契約書の作成・レビュー（新規出店、コラボ企画など／部全体で月50 件程度）
- 法律相談対応（事業部門との連携）
- 知的財産管理（特許中心、弁理士との連携）
- コンプライアンス、個人情報保護に関する業務
- 関連書類の作成・管理、スケジュール調整 等
