・固形剤（主に錠剤）の処方設計の知識とスキルがある方（医薬品、食品問わず）
・製剤学または医薬品物理化学の知識がある方

・固形製剤担当5年以上の研究者
・製造スケールアップ、技術移転の経験のある方
・配合剤処方設計の経験のある方
・CDMOマネジメントの経験のある方
・特許出願の経験がある方
・医薬品分析（HPLC定量）、溶出試験の経験・知識のある方
・医薬品のPK試験の経験・知識のある方
・ITスキルのある方
