Required Skills
■必須要件：
・半固形製剤（主に軟膏・クリーム・ローション）処方設計の知識とスキルがある方
・製剤学または医薬品物理化学の知識のある方
■歓迎条件：
・半固形製剤担当5年以上の研究者
・製造スケールアップ、技術移転の経験のある方
・外用剤の皮膚透過性試験、薬理試験の経験・知識のある方
・配合剤処方設計の経験のある方
・CDMOマネジメントの経験のある方
・特許出願の経験がある方
・医薬品分析（HPLC定量）の経験・知識のある方
・ITスキルのある方
