■部署・サービスについて
BSSプロダクトマネジメント部は、楽天モバイル向けのBSS（Business Support System）の開発を担当している部署となります。エグゼクティブや事業部からの要件を明確にし、システム開発を実行する部署となります。社内外の開発チームと連携しシステム開発を行います。
ROI（投資収益率）に注力したプロダクト開発ライフサイクルの管理、一元的な BSS プラットフォームの、AI を活用したプラットフォームの機能強化を主要なミッションとして掲げています。
■募集背景
社員増強の為、要件定義、システム設計、機能設計、デリバリ、運用までを担当出来るプロダクトマネージャーを募集しています。
■業務内容
・業務の明確化
・システム要件、機能要件、システム連携要件、運用要件の定義
・各ステークホルダーとの調整（事業部、開発チーム、社外ベンダーなど含む）
・スコープ・スケジュール・バックログの管理
・商用運用におけるトラブル対応
