■課長級もしくは係長級（課長級候補）として、当社人事業務全般の管理監督をお願いいたします。
※係長級での採用となった場合は、一定期間プレイヤーとして担当分野にてご活躍いただく想定です。
※海外子会社からの出向者も在籍しており、会話やメールでの英語コミュニケーションも発生します。
【担当業務の一例】
《国内人事》
国内労務管理、人事異動企画、人事評価、人事／総務制度企画、採用、働き方改革推進、研修企画・運用、オフィス施設管理、安全衛生
社内インフラ整備等のマネジメント業務
《海外人事》
■グローバルローテーション労務管理
（海外各国子会社に出向している日本人出向者および子会社からの招聘外国人の給与、 税務、ビザ、赴帰任対応、現地人事との調整業務等
※業務上メールをメインとした英語使用有）
■グローバルタレントディベロップメント
（海外の経営幹部育成プログラムの企画・運営等。海外子会社人事とのコミュニケーションが一定量あり、英語を利用します）
