日本国内の太陽光発電所および蓄電所建設プロジェクトにおける調達業務にて、 契約や発注、支払い業務など多様な業務を支援して頂きます。
【仕事内容】
• 発注書の作成などの文書管理。
• 外部チームと連携して物流活動の状況を監視し、最新情報を提供する。
• EPC および機器サプライヤー契約の競争 / 指名入札プロセスを支援す る。
○ ベンダーと連携し、ベンダーのデューデリジェンスを支援す る。
○ 入札のスケジュールを管理する。
○ 入札プロセスの結果を整理し、報告書を作成する。
• 契約および支払いの承認申請手続きを行う。
• 製品の仕様等を取得・管理する。
• サプライヤーや社内チームとの良好かつ生産的な関係を維持する。
