Mainframe Modernization Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

We are seeking a seasoned Mainframe Modernization Business Systems Analyst to lead the charge in transforming legacy core systems into modern, agile architectures. You will be the bridge between the stable world of COBOL/Assembler and the evolving world of Cloud and Java. This role requires a deep "under the hood" understanding of mainframe environments (IBM, Fujitsu, or Hitachi) to ensure seamless migrations and system integrity.

Key Requirements / 必須要件

• Experience 10+ years in Mainframe application development and/or maintenance. 経験 メインフレームアプリケーションの開発および保守経験 10年以上。
• Technical Skills Proficiency in COBOL and/or Assembler programming. 技術スキル COBOL または Assembler によるプログラミングスキル・実務経験。
• Platforms Deep knowledge of IBM, Fujitsu, or Hitachi platforms, including middleware and utilities. プラットフォーム IBM、富士通、日立いずれかのメインフレーム知識（ミドルウェア、ユーティリティ含む）。
• Data & DB Expertise in SAM/VSAM file systems and transition to RDB (Relational Databases). データ/DB SAM/VSAM ファイルから RDB への移行・データベースに関する知識。
• Operations Hands-on experience with JCL and job schedule management. 運用 JCL およびジョブスケジューリング管理の実務経験。
• Languages Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and Business-level English. 語学力 日本語（N2レベル以上） および ビジネスレベルの英語力。

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) / 歓迎要件

• Experience with Java development within a Cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP). クラウド環境（AWS/Azure/GCP）における Java開発 経験。 
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and how they integrate with legacy systems. モダンなDevOpsプラクティスとレガシーシステムの統合に関する知見。
• Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate complex organizational structures. 複雑な組織構造におけるステークホルダー・マネジメント能力。
