Your Role｜仕事内容

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms
• Maintain a consistent and positive brand image across all communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials for events and initiatives
• Plan, implement, and measure marketing campaigns
• Oversee branding across digital and offline channels
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and member companies
• Support smooth execution of both online and offline events
• SNSを中心としたコンテンツ企画・制作・運用
• ブランドイメージの一貫した発信・管理
• 各部署と協力したイベント用マーケティング資料の企画制作
• マーケティング施策の企画・実行・効果分析
• デジタル／オフラインでのブランド管理
• パートナー企業・会員企業とのリレーション構築
• オンライン・オフラインイベント運営のサポート

• You have some experience in marketing/PR/communications/SNS operations.
  マーケティング・広報・PR・SNS運用などの経験がある方。

• You enjoy creating content and communicating across different channels.
  コンテンツづくりやマルチチャネルでの発信が好きな方。

• You’re proactive, curious, and open to trying new things.
  主体的に動けて、新しいことにも前向きに取り組める方。

• You value teamwork and communicate openly.
  チームワークを大切にし、フラットにコミュニケーションできる方。

• You speak proficient Japanese and can use English comfortably at work.
  日本語での業務対応ができ、英語でのコミュニケーションにも抵抗がない方。

• You can use PowerPoint and simple design tools (Adobe experience is a plus, not required!).
  PowerPointや簡単なデザインツールを使用できる方（Adobe経験があれば歓迎、必須ではありません）。

• You have used CMS/web tools before—or are willing to learn.
  CMSやWebツールの使用経験がある、または学ぶ意欲がある方。

• You enjoy following social media trends and trying new ideas.
  SNSトレンドに興味があり、新しいアイデアを試すことが好きな方。
