仕事内容
・ 内覧ツアーの実施と新規契約のための交渉
・ 新規顧客獲得営業
・ 既存顧客の契約更新をするための交渉
・ 顧客の支払い状況のチェック・収益管理
・ 担当するファシリティのサービスの品質維持・向上
・ レセプションスタッフ(コミュニティ・アソシエイト)のサポート
・ 顧客の支払いチェックと収益の管理
