【求人概要】
デベロッパー側の施工管理者として、外注企業への指導・管理等を行っていただき、期限までに品質を担保しながら、顧客への引き渡しまで、Projectを運営していただく形になります。（現場作業中心です）
【業務内容】
・担当現場に関わる客先及び協力工事会社との調整
（先方は、開発企業なので建設業務は、すべて外注になります）
・工事施工の安全、工期、品質の管理業務
・協力工事会社への指示等の現場管理業務
・各プロジェクト先にて、施工管理業務全般
・現地スタッフのマネジメント(必要に応じて）

・ゼネコンでの施工管理経験8年以上お持ちの方
・PM経験1件以上
・海外での施工管理経験をお持ちの方
【歓迎条件】
・一級建築士、一級施工管理技士
