【職務詳細】
当社高級賃貸マンションのフロントマネージャー業務
○マンションのブランドバリューを高めるために、マンションの管理責任者として、ソフト面～ハード面のサービスに対応
【具体的には】
・担当物件の管理／保守・メンテナンス業務
・原状回復工事の進捗管理
・フロントスタッフ、設備メンテナンススタッフのマネジメント
・入居者の再契約・契約更新手続き
・入居者がより快適に過ごしてもらえるようなサービスおよびマンション価値向上の提案
※外国人入居者のために英語使用機会あり
※実績・成果により昇給あり。（50万円ピッチ）
※長期的にお客様と深く関わるサービス提供ができるのが魅力のお仕事です。
