JACのクライアントである日系資本の企業は、現在、高品質なCAD/BIM設計や構造計算サービスを提供するグローバル開発センターの設立と運営を進めている段階です。
Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities
- 以下のいずれかの専門分野において、即戦力となる実務経験を持つ方を募集します。
木造構造設計スペシャリスト: 木造建築の構造計算（許容応力度計算）に関する知識・経験を持つ方。
建築設備（M&E）設計エンジニア: 電気、空調、給排水などのM&E設計の実務経験を持つ方。
プラント配管（Piping）設計エンジニア: 3D CADを用いたプラントの配管設計経験を持つ方。
- 日本の設計基準・品質に基づいた高度な技術業務に従事。
- 担当分野における2D/3D CADまたはBIMモデリング、図面作成、構造計算補助（許容応力度計算）が中心となります。
- 将来的に期待していること: チームリーダーやマネジメント候補として、若手メンバーへの技術指導も担っていただく重要なポジションです。
Job Requirements
- 以下の専門分野のいずれかにおいて、3年以上の実務経験を持つことが必須です。許容応力度計算、M&E設計、または3D配管設計
- AutoCAD、Revit、レブロまたはその他の専門CADソフトの使用スキル。
- のうち、次の3分野のいずれかに関する技術について、確かな知識と実務経験を有すること：許容応力度計算、M&E設計、または3D配管設計
