Job Description
本ポジションでは、当社の国際展開（日本・UAE・シンガポール・英国など）における法務・コンプライアンス体制を統括していただきます。
主な業務内容は以下の通りです：
国際契約（ライセンス、M&A、ジョイントベンチャー、技術供与契約など）のドラフト・レビュー・交渉
英国法および各国法規制（FDA、HIPAA、データ保護、医療関連法）に関する助言
海外子会社・パートナーとの法務ガバナンス構築
社内法務チーム・外部法律事務所との連携・指導
取締役会・経営会議へのリーガルリスク報告および戦略提言
国内系列医療法人の会社法関連手続き(国内顧問弁護士との連携体制あり)
再生医療やバイオ業界の専門知識は入社後に習得可能です。

米国弁護士資格を保有（州は不問）

チームワークを重視し、スピード感ある経営環境に柔軟に対応できる方
歓迎条件：
製薬・医療機器・バイオテック業界での法務経験
クロスボーダーM&Aやライセンス契約に関わった経験
