Job Description
【仕事内容】
【1】営業活動
・案件開拓
•新規顧客の開拓（工業団地・商業施設・ホテル・オフィスなど）
•ゼネコン、デベロッパーとの関係構築
•市場・競合調査、営業戦略の立案
【2】見積・提案業務
•見積書・提案書・契約書の作成
•日本本社・現地工場・協力業者との調整
【3】プロジェクトマネジメント補助
•顧客への進捗報告、変更対応、納期管理
•竣工引渡し・検収・請求対応
【4】顧客対応・アフターフォロー
•引渡し後のクレーム・メンテナンス対応
•定期訪問・顧客満足度のヒアリング
•長期的なリレーション構築
・リピート受注促進
【5】社内外調整・事務処理
•日本本社への営業報告書作成（日本語/英語）
•契約・入札・各種行政手続きサポート
【6】その他（現地特有の業務）
•通訳・翻訳対応（英語・現地語⇄日本語）
-社内コミュニケーションは英語になります、選考には英語面接もあります。
-ベトナム拠点は日本拠点からは独立しておりますが、本社との週１の会議があります。
-日本本社の社長様も 40 代中盤と、年齢層が若い会社になります。
Reporting structure（報連相の仕組み）日本人上司（40 代男性）
チーム（実際に所属する）全体で 12 名程度(日本人１～２名）
