【担当する業務】
重点領域とする感染症、ワクチン、血液、がん、免疫炎症領域の開発をグローバルで進めており、臨床開発セクションリーダーとして、主に以下の業務を推進いただきます。
・開発計画の立案、治験実施計画書の立案、対面助言資料を含む申請関連文書作成
・KOL、導入元、国内外規制当局との合意形成の実行業務
・開発オペレーション業務（実施施設、CRO選定、CROマネジメント含む）
将来的には臨床開発部門のライン長など、組織や人材のマネジメントをしていただく人材としてキャリアアップいただくことを期待しています。

感染症、ワクチン、血液、がん、免疫炎症領域のグローバル臨床開発の経験
製薬企業で下記業務に従事した経験を有する。
・医薬品の開発経験10年以上（目安）、特にグローバル開発経験を有する。
・感染症、ワクチン、血液、がん、免疫炎症領域のグローバル臨床開発リーダークラスの経験
・当該領域の開発計画の立案経験
・当該領域での承認申請経験
・当該領域KOLとの議論が十分できる。
・海外CROのマネジメント経験
