【業務概要】
当企業のIR担当として、国内外の投資家など様々なステークホルダーとの対話や情報開示を通じて、社外に当社の魅力を発信し、企業価値の向上に貢献していただきます。
経営層とも密に連携しながら、グローバルな資本市場での当企業のプレゼンス強化を担っていただくポジションです。
【具体的な業務内容】
■国内外の機関投資家、個人投資家向けIR戦略の立案および実行
■投資家との面談同席、問い合わせ対応、説明会やイベントの企画運営
■外部環境や社会動向、投資家の期待の把握と経営層へのフィードバック
■各種開示資料（決算説明資料、適時開示資料等）の作成
※お任せするミッションはこれまでのご経験やキャリア志向に応じて調整いたします。

■証券会社、投資銀行、事業会社のIR部門いずれかでの業務経験
■四年制大学卒以上
■英語：ビジネスレベル（海外投資家とのIR MTGが流暢に実施できるビジネス英語力）
※経営層と海外投資家の打ち合わせに同席し、通訳を担当していただきます。
■日本語：ネイティブレベル
【歓迎スキル/経験】
■上場企業でのIR業務経験（特に海外投資家対応）
■証券会社でのホールセールまたはリテール業務経験
