・フォワーディング業務
・自社のデジタルプラットフォームを使用した顧客対応
・国際複合一貫輸送にかかる各種手配
・海外代理店とのスケジュール調整、折衝業務
・国内運送/通関委託先と協力しながらの配送コーディネート
・フォワーディングの中の担当領域における課題の特定と、解決策の企画・推進
