Job Description
現在エイラシステムでは、「ITインフラ プロジェクトマネージャー」を募集しています。
外資系企業向けにITインフラプロジェクトを提供するテクニカルPMチームの一員としてご活躍いただける方を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、オフィスの新設・移転・レイアウト変更に伴うITインフラ構築プロジェクトの全体管理を担当します。コスト試算、計画立案、設計調整、ベンダー管理など、プロジェクトの全工程をリードしていただきます。
＜業務内容＞
- プロジェクトの要件定義から納品までを一貫して管理（予算・スケジュール・ベンダー管理・進捗報告など）
- 機器設置スペース、配線、ネットワーク、通信設備などの設計調整（CAD図面作成は社内チームが支援）
- RFP作成、提案評価、契約交渉、ベンダー選定（クライアント承認のもと）
- 構内配線、ラック、ネットワーク機器、サーバー、PBX、AV、セキュリティ機器などの導入管理
- ITシステム移設の計画・実行（サービス移行、再接続、動作確認など）
- プロジェクト完了後の対応（不具合対応、ドキュメント整備、トレーニング、サポート）

- ITインフラの技術知識（配線、ネットワーク、サーバー、音声通信、AV、セキュリティ等）
- ベンダー・ステークホルダーとの調整力
＜語学力＞
- 英語：流暢・上級ビジネスレベル
- 日本語：中上級以上（国内ベンダーとの調整に必要）
＜歓迎資格＞
- PMP、Prince2などの関連資格
- CAD図面や設計調整の経験
