【求人概要】
職務内容ですが、国内大手電機・装置メーカ向けにSSDやHDD、メモリなどのFAEをご担当いただきます。
米国の製品をメインに国内外のストレージを取り扱いますが、メーカへの連絡は日本語であり、製品仕様書等は英語になります。
製品の障害発生時にお客様やメーカとの折衝等の業務は一部ございますが、メインとしては営業との同行、お客様開発部門との技術的な質疑応答をご担当いただきます。
尚、障害発生時には経験豊富なメンバーがサポートをいたします。
【年俸】
470万円～570万円
