Job Description
当社【総研リース】は、2025年１月に株式会社Ｍ＆Ａ総研ホールディングスの子会社としてオペレーティングリース事業会社を設立。
今回募集の【オペレーティングリース組成担当者】は、オペレーティングリース事業の立ち上げに際しての、事業責任者として、事業立ち上げ全般を担っていただくことを想定しています。
事業計画の作成から人員の採用、また細かい規定の策定など幅広く携わっていただく予定です。
主な業務内容は以下の通り
オペレーティングリースにおける商品組成（メイン業務）
オペレーティングリース事業の立ち上げ、整備
オペレーティングリース事業の事業方針、事業計画策定
その他、事業立ち上げに関して必要なこと全般

雇用条件 正社員（試用期間3か月）
L 期間中の給与・待遇に差異はありません
年収 600万円～1500万円 ※選考の中で、経験・能⼒を考慮し提示いたします。
月額：50万円～125万円（みなし残業44時間・深夜残業30時間を含む）
※残業時間44時間を超えた場合、実際の残業手当とみなし残業手当との差額を別途支給
勤務地 東京都千代田区丸の内1-8-1丸の内トラストタワーN館17階
・JR東京駅徒歩約1分
・各線大手町駅徒歩約5分
・各線日本橋駅徒歩約5分
勤務時間 9：00～18：00（休憩1時間）
※時差出勤あり
※フレックス制の相談も可能
