■グループ経営企画
・投資計画の立案、年度予算および中期経営計画の策定（財務モデルの作成を含む）
・KPI、予実マネジメント
・グループ会社の経営管理・経営分析・経営支援
・月次&四半期業績の集計・分析業務（グループ会社含む）
・事業部の戦略策定、運営支援
・他グループ経営企画業務
■投資・提携
・M&Aの企画・執行・PMI
・国内外での戦略的提携の推進
・上記業務に関する社内文書作成、部署間調整、取締役会等への提案等
・市場調査、競合および環境等の分析
■IR・開示
・IR業務全般
・東証・財務局の適時開示

・財務デューディリジェンス、ビジネスデューディリジェンス業務
・経営企画、事業開発、事業コンサルティング業務
・商社、PEファンド、VCファンド等における事業投資
・上場会社における事業計画、予算策定

・財務諸表やKPI数値から、法人・事業の本質的構造や状態を短時間で読み解ける方
・素早く精緻にエクセルモデリングやパワーポイントスライド作成ができる方
・社内外の方との折衝において、各関係者の視点と論点を網羅的に把握し、合理的で緻密な判断ができる方
