仕事内容
自動車及び商用車（建設機械など）の排気系部品の試作品製作
品質確認、量産に向けた作り込み、設計部門へのフィードバック
労働条件
契約期間：期間の定めなし
試用期間：あり（3ヶ月）試用期間中の労働条件の変更なし
就業時間：8:30～17:00（休憩65分）
休日 ：土日、夏季、年末年始 年間休日125日
休暇 ：年次有給休暇（入社半年経過後10日付与、最大25日）
勤務地 ：大阪府貝塚市、車通勤可

Required Skills
【必須（MUST）】
・TIG/MIG溶接による金属加工の経験 3年以上
・薄物の溶接経験（板厚0.8～1.2㎜）
・スポット溶接だけでなく、線を走らせて溶接をしたことがある方
・モノづくりが好きな方
・コミュニケーションスキル
【歓迎（WANT）】
・2D/3D図面読解
・自動車業界におけるモノづくりのプロセス
・部品や治具製作サプライヤーとのやり取り
