■IT機器（PCおよび周辺機器）に対して、オンサイトでサポート
■会議室内機器合ポートおよび会議支援
■専用受付、デスクにて訪問されるユーザーのIT 関連の質問等へ
の対応
■ネットワーク機器構築全般（移設、交換）・運用
■海外支店のOpen/ Closeに伴うネットワーク構築、維持、管理
■FortiGateなどのFW設定／管理
■Zabbixなどによるアラーム監視
