・主にはコンテナ船による輸送。日本―中国等アジア地域、および欧州・北米地域。
-貨物のトラッキング、トレーシング、通関関係書類発行＆確認、請求書発行＆確認。
-海外代理店や支社とのコレポン。
-顧客、輸送業者、エンドレシーバー、関連する社内関係者との調整。
-トラブルシューティングと緊急対応。
